1850 :: Anni 1850 località Ponte a Signa lungo il fiume Arno.

1890 :: Nel 1890 ebbe inizio il commercio di carni ovine, formaggi e pollame, ad opera di Augusto Bacci, in località Ponte a Signa lungo il fiume Arno.

2010 - 2011 :: Nel 2010 - 2011 si sviluppa la vendita on-line con consegna in tutta Italia ed in Europa.

1903 :: Nel 1903 si espande il mercato della Macelleria Bacci e diventa sempre più conosciuta nella zona.

2000 :: Nel 2000 si sviluppa maggiormente la vendita a distanza con consegna a domicilio in tutta Italia.

1920 :: Nel 1920, sempre in località Ponte a Signa lungo il fiume Arno, continua la tradizione della famiglia Bacci nella vendita di carne di ottima qualità.

1966 :: Il 1 ottobre 1954 nacque la Polleria Macelleria BACCI RENZO & F.LLI., la vendita principale, a quei tempi, era caratterizzata da pecora e agnello, che troverete anche adesso; già allora veniva spedita la merce a Milano, Roma e Genova.

1936 :: Era il 1930 quando fu passata l’attività al figlio Rodolfo e sua moglie Romilda, con i tre figli RENZO, AUGUSTO E FERNANDO.

1943 :: Nel 1943 la famiglia si tramanda l'esperienza e gli insegnamenti e continua la tradizione.
